We’re so sorry to hear you’ve had issues with your Magic Wand. Please use this form to provide some basic information and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

*By clicking submit, you certify that all information being provided is accurate and factual, and that that the uploaded photos are of the actual product being reported. You further certify that any information that is misrepresented or otherwise false will void this warranty claim. 

Note: Our warranty covers the massager against manufacturer defect for one year from the date of purchase. No refunds, repairs or substitutions are covered under the warranty. Once your claim is approved we will ship a new replacement of the massager submitted.

Please upload photo(s) of the Magic Wand being reported. Please include images of the silver sticker with the model # located on the handle. NOTE – if your camera’s flash obscures the numbers, try without the flash. If you have a Magic Wand Original (HV-260), please also include a photo of the SERIAL NUMBER that is etched into the base of the handle where the cord comes out. If there is physical damage, please include images of that as well.
